2024 has been a wonderful year 🙂  It began in the spring with the arrival of our first child, Alba.  Alba is the most perfect and beautiful little baby girl and has brought so much fun, love and excitement into me and Simona’s lives!

I had an extremely busy summer gigging season both in Scotland and further afield with gigs in Germany during the 2024 European football championship and then my US summer tour which saw me perform in Des Moines, Iowa and at Dayton Celtic Festival in Ohio.  Before the year is out I will make my first tour to the Caribbean with gigs in Grand Cayman during November and then my second trip of the year to Qatar to perform on St Andrews Night in Doha.

2025 looks like being an exciting year as I plan to record and release a new solo album.  My new band along with Stuart MacKintosh and Bruce MacGregor will develop further and I am currently in the planning stage for another summer US tour.  There will be the usual weekly gigs in Inverness in the likes of MacGregors Bar and the Waterfront as well as a number of festival appearances and gigs throughout Scotland.
